Well. We’ve reached the end of the road here. Huge thank you for coming along with us on this pre-release rollercoaster the past couple of months. We really appreciate all the support. We can’t wait to get the CDs and records in your hands as soon as possible so you can read the story for the other half of the experience.
And in case you somehow missed all the emails and social posts prior to this and are wondering what this is all about, Act III: This City Made Us is now in the CD and Digital pre-order phase on Bandcamp and we released one to two songs every week over the course of the last two months to pre-orderers. As of today, everything is live now in Bandcamp, so if you pre-order the album, you’ll have access to it there. And always remember, only the physical copies of the album (CDs, Records, etc.) come with the libretto/booklet that have all of the fleshed out story and incredible John DeLucca illustration and Caspar Newbolt design.
And if you missed the previous newsletters and posts, it means you don’t know that MAGFest sold out in record time, but that you shouldn’t freak out if you didn’t get a badge, because we’re planning a little something here in Nashville for mid 2026 that you don’t want to miss. We’ll dole out more info on that as we know more details. But go ahead and clear your schedules for the entire year, because it’s gonna be a big little something.
And stiiiiiillllll no word on a pre-order date for Vinyl, but we’re getting closer.
See you at MAGFest!
-Commander

Can’t believe I missed the listening party

One of your biggest fans since 2007
listening party was a blast with the chat, amazing job on the album! Also all the DeLucca/Newbolt art is gorgeous. I hope you sell these as posters/shirts, maybe displate too?
Protomen, I first discovered you when I was going through a tough time in my early teens. Everything felt like it was crumbling, and I was seriously struggling. Then I heard Light Up The Night. That song changed my life, as I’m sure it did with so many others. As I listened to all of the rest of your discography, I became immersed in the truly incredible story you’ve created. I could feel the pain, the resolve, and the hope of each and every character as they tackled insurmountable odds. They fell, over and over, but each time they did, they stood back up, no matter how long it took. You guys are such an inspiration.
I can honestly say that it was the Protomen who taught me to “value courage over life”, to stand for what I believe in, no matter what. You guys have made me a better man, and I am truly grateful to have been a part of this journey. I may not have waited as long as other folks for Act III, but I was still burning with anticipation and hope for the 4-5 years I’ve listened to you guys. And it paid off. And it’s PERFECT. The Protomen somehow managed to inspire me all over again with even more trancendantly awesome jams, and I’m overjoyed to have caught the end live at the listening party. Hard to believe I’ve changed so much in these several years, but the constant has been the Protomen.
Sorry for droning on for so long, but just let the length of this message speak to the love I have for the Protomen, each and every one of you guys. You do some seriously good work. All I can say now is, Thank You, Protomen. Keep rockin’, good luck at MagFest, and see you in Nashville!
The Fate of Thomas Light Act III: This City Made Us does emphasize the hardships of its characters as well as their strength. I was thrilled to read about “The Fate of Thomas Light” and the creative journey leading to its release. Just last year, I attended a local music event where artists shared their projects in a similar format. The anticipation and the sense of community were electrifying. Each week felt like unwrapping a gift, fostering deeper connections with the music. I’m eagerly awaiting my physical copy to dive into the full story. For some light-hearted fun between music sessions, I suggest checking out Italian Brainrot Clicker. It’s a quirky little game that’s perfect for a good laugh.
Awesome stuff, got the pre-order as soon as i saw it drop, and love enjoying each and every track as it dropped! Kinda sad to see that the fight was not included in the full album though! Was it cut completely, or will it be included as a extra?? Regardless, can’t wait for the next show!!!!
The melodies are catchy fnf, energetic, and memorable, often staying in the player’s head long after the game is closed. What makes the soundtrack special is how well it balances accessibility and challenge.
Act III has been an incredible ride — This City Made Us is powerful, emotional, and totally worth the wait. Can’t wait for the full release and physical edition. Also loving the bold aesthetic lately, very Emily In Paris S5 Lily Collins Brown Chain Print Jumpsuit energy!
Players in Geometry Dash Subzero have to work on their speed and ability to notice things around them while also learning how to move in a way that goes smoothly with the beautiful music. To move on to the next level, you have to learn from your mistakes and figure out the best way to get around the bright neon barriers. To do well, players have to get into a centered, zen-like state.
When browsing different fashion sites, I often enjoy reading genuine style discussions that feel relatable and informative. One brand that consistently pops up in those conversations is Vanson Jackets, especially when it comes to screen-inspired formal wear. I recently came across the
Heads of State 2025 John Cena Blue Suit
and honestly, the tailored blue tone and clean silhouette make it feel wearable for real occasions, not just inspired by a movie.
This Jingle Bell Heist 2025 Olivia Holt Argyle Sweater is an amazing option for a casual winter outing if you’re seeking for something warm and cozy. Any fan of fashion and classic styles must own it because of its understated yet timeless appearance.
