Coverupfilm.com leads to a 500 internal server error now. Somebody on to us?

i forget some of the detail's about tasty vein now but could 525 by may 25th. I mean isnt act 3 supposes to be like the end of this year or next year. I wouldnt be surprised if that sight gets up dated that day but it would seem more likely to be the release date for the cover up cd. that seems reasonable to me.

The website says "spring 2013," May is closer to summer.

I think the girl in the bar may be Roll after all.

Look at the full photo for the Drove All Night art. (Credit to John DeLucca!)

The hand is female. And that's clearly Joe on there.

Maybe this was her last memento of him.

(Also check out the missile things on the right!)

I kind of doubt it. If we assume she's 18 in Breaking Out, she would be in her 30s-40s by the end of Act 1/start of Act 3.

Try and download a barcode reading app to your phone and use that to check your work. That is kind of a cool Easter egg.

Some of us don't have fancy futurephones, because we spent all our money on Protomen merch.

Anyway, I tried a few online decoders and they couldn't recognize it--probably because it's not actually a legitimate code, but one designed to spell out a message.

I never should have read this thread. Now I will be able to think of nothing else for days.

Let`s look at the origional tastyvein thread. maybe there are clues we missed. also, let`s check other Protomerch for clues.

There`s some message here. Something more important than we can imagine. I just know it.

nothing.

damn that red tape.

the red tape.... nothing in the background of the pic that i can make out.

no markings on the tape but 525 sea. and on this new bit of evidence, 429 525

wait... sea could be typed as 534.... 429 525 534.. which means... some...thing...

DAMMIT, PROTOMEN. WHY MUST YOU TORTURE MY POOR DISEASED BRAIN LIKE THIS?

You sir, are a certified Genius. By luck or by smarts, you're absolutely right. That IS the number.

Let's look at the number as is, with blanks.
495
525
5[][]

You're speculating that the number could be 534, the leetspeak of "sea"... well...

add the numbers going downwards. we know 4+5+5 is 14. so what's about getting the other columns to 14?
9+2+[3] = 14
5+5+[4] = 14
.

495
525
534

This can't be coincidence. 495525534 has to mean something.

No it doesn't.

Unless Murphy is completely unaware about the whole thing, because he told me "I have no idea what that third number would be. Seriously." And I doubt Murphy (founding member, primary business guy) would be unaware of it, which would mean he lied to me. And I find that unlikely too.

Even if it was a happy accident it's still neat o.o maybe try turning the numbers into letters, or dates?

I`ve been thinking and it seems there are three distinct hidden messages here.

1: The whole tasyvein/MAVS thing (best viral marketing ever)

2: The "keep qbuiet" barcode.

3: The numbers. This one the Protomen themselves may be unaware of.

that`s all i have for now. the clues are in the merch. somewhere.

this reminds me of the mysterious pieces of sheet music hidden with the instruments/gear they auctioned off a long while back... did that puzzle ever get resolved?... possible connection?... maybe similar solution?
