| Kinda sad same thing happened to me ordered over two months ago. I will get in touch with them on Facebook but I really shouldn't have had to. Its kinda disparaging when I order from sound machine get no feed back and they don't respond to my emails. I understand their busy but I still feel as though they dropped the ball here. |

FIXED.
1. If you didn't already know, Sound Machine is just The Protomen in disguise. So there's no extra people helping run that boat. This can be extremely tough. There's nine of them and I think about three of them, mainly one in particular, deal with the merch and the online store. So that's three (mainly one though) VS a large number of fans and their wants/needs of merch. You're in the 99% bro/bra.
2. I don't think they ever respond to Soundmachine emails. Perhaps if people read every other thread that's been posted about this topic, you'd find that out.
3. I'm sure they have the best intentions of getting you your things. They are an honest folk, this I know. Without the fans, they are nothing. They understand this, I swear.
Anyways, I hope I didn't come off too much as a bitch. I just get tired of seeing people complain. I've seen the hard work these guys put into this band. It's a ridiculous amount considering that they could all just be working their normal jobs and living a normal life with their families, while playing a few local shows every now and then.
But they're not. They're trying to bring the fight to all fronts. They're sacrificing so we, the fans, can get a taste of the sweet nectar that is their music.
And with that, I'm done. Adieu. |

Settled, I dare say. And every day they make that sacrifice is another great day for us, so yeah.
Now, where's the traditional thread derail? I like kitties! |

I can sympathize with them. I mean, if I ordered something 2 months ago and hadn't received it, I'd start asking questions.
However, I also side with you all too. From what I've seen, they're a little behind on getting merch out and about. No big deal. We just have to ignore the bulk of those posts and give them what they want to hear:

| I never doubted I would get the stuff I purchased and I understand why stuff like this happens. I was saying that they dropped the ball because from a business standpoint the lack of communication can come off as a little crass or uncaring? Especially from people who don't understand the setup of the protomen's shipping and all that. Which cause's more bitching and looks bad for potential future buyers. |

| I understand you. Believe me. I'd get paranoid if my swag was AWOL. We're just glad that you came here for understanding. |

| I don't know the deal with this thread and all that, but I do know that they respond to Soundmachine emails, as a few got sent back and forth when I had to return my vinyl. |
