| Does anyone know if there were plans to have a legitimate recording of the PAX East 2012 performance? This was probably the best live performance I have ever been to and I would love to buy a copy of this rendition of Act 2. |

| This probably isn't exactly what you're looking for, but I have a video of just The Good Doctor with decent sound that I took from the audience...the video content isn't quality though because I'm short. -___- If no one else has anything, then maybe this would be better than nothing...let me know if you'd be interested. |

Thanks for the offer; I have found a copy of the whole performance on youtube with ok quality but I am looking for something that captures the awesomeness of the performance. It was a truly great show and I would love a good quality version if they or one of the techs recorded directly. |

I watched several videos on Youtube, the video quality is fairly average (except for The Hounds now that I find very good), but the concert looked awesome and I really regret not having the opportunity to see the band live.
Otherwise it's a shame that Turbolover can look so freaky and awesome at the same time ^^ |

There may or may not have been a group of dedicated young gentlemen from the Unofficial PAX Community DVD there filming the entire concert. One of those fine young gentlemen may even be a member of these forums....
We had 4 cameras rolling, 2 of them using some really nice quality external mics to record audio. It's not as good quality as audio straight from the board, but it's as good as one can hope from live concert footage. All 4 cameras plus the remastered audio will be included in the DVD when we're finished, but those pictures are taken directly from my footage, which I'll be posting on Youtube over the next few days. I'll include links when it's ready.

Sir KillerMcDead, you're a true hero. God bless you.
Also, if any zombies or robots will rise to conquer the world, you'll have my sword |

I just watched that video, and I didn't even notice it until you pointed it out. Now I see the whole "muahaha he's dead" evil grin. It's also really cool how they synced TL waving his arm and Panther falling. I wish they would do the whole climb-on-the-amps thing more often, but there's always that lack of space in a lot of venues.
Whoever shot that set of videos is a wonderful person. The sound quality and video quality is excellent. |

In the meantime I have some mediocre-quality stuff I shot from the VIP pit by the stage: http://vimeo.com/album/1535138
There's also stuff from many other shows in that album. |

So here it is, the first part of the Protomen show from PAX East 2012. Keep in mind this is one of four cameras that were there filming for the DVD release, which will also have remastered audio. There are moments when I'm taking the camera on/off its mount or messing with the mic levels, so I apologize in advance.

Should be another part or 2 going up tonight. |

So all five parts of the show have been uploaded. From KILROY to the final bow with the Boston Massacre 5, it's all there. I'll be posting the rest of the shows from the weekend over the next few days. Enjoy!
