Yeah, I'm paying $118 for the con, besides the $30 I paid for my ticket (group price) including parking and service fee for the hotel. Everyone gets half a bed, we're bringing an air mattress too. |

I'm gonna wear my Proto-shirt when I get there, just to try and spot as many fans as possible on the first day. I even got a new American SIM card for my phone so I can use it when I'm in the States!
I'm still so sad the Protomen aren't going to be performing, but at least the band lineup does look pretty good, even aside from Uematsu. |

I only just barely spotted you at the Inverse Phase secret chiptune concert, on the last night.  Turns out I didn't get to talk to many Protofans, but this was still an awesome year at MAGFest. The Megas kicked ass and of course the Earthbound Papas were amazing.
I really like the new hotel too, which was a relief. But now that I know they don't have a free shuttle there, I'll just go ahead and get a cheaper Southwest flight next time and not get hung up on arriving into the DCA airport. |
